Mother’s Day Custom Artwork FAQ


We cannot guarantee delivery by Mother’s Day. Please allow 2 weeks or more for processing plus shipping time. To get your custom Rambler® or Yonder™ drinkware products delivered by May 14, order before April 30, 2023 11:59pm CT. Custom Rambler® Beverage Bucket orders placed after April 21, 2023 are not guaranteed arrival by Mother’s Day.

Please note: We'll do our best to ensure orders placed by these dates arrive in time for Mother’s Day. Although we make every effort to deliver your gifts as soon as reasonably practicable, there may be delays and we strongly encourage you to place your orders as early as possible. All shipping cut offs, delivery timelines, or estimated delivery dates are only estimates, are subject to change and may have certain limitations or exclusions listed in our terms & conditions and shipping policy below. YETI does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship your gift by these estimated dates. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, a member of our customer service team will contact you.

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders on a first come first serve basis and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 weeks or more for processing. You will receive an update via email with your estimated ship date range as soon as it is available. Custom order shipments cannot be expedited.

These designs are limited. Get them while you can.

In addition to these limited-edition designs, shoppers are always able to upload their own logo or image in our customizer so long as the image or text isn’t offensive, political, or subject to trademark or copyright protection. There is an additional $10 initial setup fee for any unique logo or image added.

Designs are available on all customizable Rambler® and Yonder™ drinkware items. They are not eligible on Boomer™ dog bowls at this time. Exclusions are consistent with all other designs or custom limitations.

Currently, gift messages are only available for orders with non-customized products.

These designs will be available on YETI.com and with limited inventory in YETI retail stores. They will not be available at authorized YETI resellers or on Amazon.

YETI Nation in the US will have access to these limited-edition designs. Unfortunately, our friends in Canada, EU/UK, Australia, and New Zealand will not.
